Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
1. Program Overview:
The Affiliate Program (“Program”) is a partnership opportunity offered by The Woloolo Company (“Company”) for individuals, businesses, or organizations (“Affiliates”) to promote and sell our Digital Business Cards.
2. Application Process:
To become an Affiliate, individuals must complete the online application on our website. The Company will review the application and determine, in its sole discretion, whether to accept or reject the application.
3. Acceptance Criteria:
The Company may consider various factors, including but not limited to the Affiliate’s online presence, marketing methods, and alignment with the Company’s values and policies.
4. Approved Affiliate Status:
Once accepted, the Affiliate will receive a unique affiliate link. This link will be used to track sales generated through the Affiliate’s referrals.
5. Commissions:
- Affiliates earn a 10% commission on the registration fees paid by each referred customer. Commissions are based on successful sales generated through the unique affiliate link.
6. Commission Payments:
- Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, every 10th of the month.
- A minimum of 10 successful registrations is required for commission payments to be processed.
- Payments will be made via the preferred payment method provided by the Affiliate during registration.
7. Marketing and Promotion:
- Affiliates are encouraged to use ethical and legitimate marketing methods. Any form of spam, misrepresentation, or unethical practices may result in termination from the Program.
- Affiliates must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Company or any third party in their marketing efforts.
8. Tracking and Reporting:
- The Company will provide Affiliates with access to real-time tracking and reporting tools to monitor referral activity and earnings.
9. Termination:
The Company reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate from the Program at its discretion, with or without cause. Termination may result from unethical practices, violation of these terms, or any other reason the Company deems appropriate.
10. Modifications:
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes.
11. Confidentiality:
Affiliates agree not to disclose any confidential information received from the Company and to use such information solely for the purpose of the Program.
12. Agreement:
By participating in the Program, Affiliates agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
